When we opened the doors of our newly constructed full-service grocery store in 2008, we did so with the vision of providing a welcoming, clean store where shoppers could enjoy the availability of a wide selection of grocery items without having to travel out of town.
By joining the Shurfine Markets group of locally-owned and operated independent supermarkets, we receive competitive prices and in-store programs. As native Jonesport residents, we are committed to our community. We provide support to local causes such as the Jonesport Fire Department, Jonesport Food Pantry, local churches and schools, and various town events. We believe in "shopping locally" and will continue to increase our selection of grocery items from food producers in Washington County and other parts of Maine.
